Ajith Ratnarajah | Principal Consultant
Ajith has more than 15 years of experience in the software and finance services industry. He has held several senior regional Director level positions with US capital market technology firms and assisted them to expand their Asia Pacific operations. Over the years he has consulted to CommonWealth Bank, Standard Chartered, ANZ, NAB, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Singapore Exchange and across various industries.

Over the years, Ajith has managed large technology teams aligning business and IT to implement technological change initiatives across buy-side, sell-side and exchanges across Asia Pacific. His strength is in strategy, architecture, program management and managing technology teams to deliver business outcomes. He has strong experience in wealth management, developing technology capabilities for algorithmic trading, deploying EMS/OMS and portfolio management systems across Asia Pacific. Ajith works very closely with “C” level executives across business and IT to initiate large technology change programs.

With his accumulated years of experience, he has developed an innovative approach towards implementing STP capabilities to enable financial institutions trade complex financial products with ease. He believes financial institutions need to adopt an inclusive approach using people, process and technology to align business and IT. He has worked at TIBCO Inc, Reuters, ITG and Charles River.
